Currently July...Already

Geeeze it’s July already! I want June back. June is my favorite. Well since it’s impossible to turn back time, it must be currently time with Farley at Oh Boy Fourth Grade and all of you. If you don’t know about Farley’s currently pop over there now and read all about it. It is always great fun.

I have been working a bit in my room this week to try and get it all set up by Friday, so I can relax the next few weeks. I’m almost there…I think.
I’ll leave you with a picture of my family. We spent the weekend in western Oklahoma, New Mexico, and a few steps into Colorado. Oh how I miss the mountains.

Only a few more posts to hit 200 there is still time to enter my giveaway. You can tweet it, Facebook it, Pin it, or blog it, just leave me a comment saying you did it!  It all ends the morning of the 5th so you’d better hurry! More info here!

  1. I am your newest follower, thanks to Farley's rule of three! I guess I am wanting June back too, I can't believe that I wasted a whole month of summer (by wasted I mean I did nothing school related, lol). I did have fun with my daughter on our college road trip and we visited daughter number one at her college. Oh well, I guess June really wasn't wasted after all.

    1. Welcome and I think we must be alike because I feel like I wasted June too. My daughter leaves for college this August.

  2. Great Family Picture! I went to college at New Mexico State University and I never hearda about Capulin Volcano. Where is it in NM? I am headed over to the Farley. Not sure what I'm getting into but if you went there, I am going to try it.

  4. You're so ambitious to get your room done early, so you can relax. I have had great plans this summer but, like you, I'm wondering where did June go......

  5. I highly recommend The Language of Flowers by Vanessa Diffenbaugh. It's sad but I couldn't put it down!!
And you are so lucky that you can get in your room. We can't so I will be working like a dog the week before school begins so no rest for the weary!!!!!

  6. I love that song Springsteen! I think I hit repeat ten times listening to it yesterday! I'm so envious that you can work on your classroom during the summer! We aren't allowed access to school until the week before school starts. Makes for a stressful August.

  8. I missed your updating over the weekend. I thought you may be out of town, glad you had a good trip! I like a lot of the others are envious that you can get back into school right now. I might could but I would have to track down a custodian that would be willing to let me in.
